When doing that, usuing the mascara brush, push the lashes up to spoon and hold for a couple secs.
Basically, just apply mascara normally except push it against the round end of the spoon when doing it.
You can also use curling and lengthening mascaras, such as zoom las by mac.
It curls and lengthens very well.
If your looking for something a bit cheaper, i would suggest usuing maybelline xxl curl power.
It really curls your lashes and makes them look so long!
